What About Our Bread?

The recipe was developed over a several month period by our founder, Kelly D, who insisted on perfection. Dozens of combinations were tried and tasted before finalizing the perfect recipe.

When others say “baked fresh daily”, they take frozen dough and put it in an oven. We make our dough on-site using flour, yeast, salt and water adding no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We let the mixture proof and then bake this delicacy right in front of you. It doesn’t get any fresher than this!
